The following projects were awarded grants in July 2014
No.2812: The sum of €4,000 was approved for the construction of grain facilities for Majanjo Farmers Association, Uganda.
No.2892: The amount of €6,500 was approved for a clean water project for schools in Kiyebe, Sub- County, Uganda.
No.2893: An amount of €7,500 was approved for the purchase of laboratory equipment for St Theresa Girls Secondary School, Meru Diocese, Kenya.
No.2894: The Committee approved the sum of €7,900 for the completion of a classroom block for St. Mary’s Primary School, Karuguuza, Kibale Uganda.
No.2896: An application from Tools for solidarity to resupply the Mwanza Sewing and Training Centre, Tanzania was approved for the sum of €5,000.
No.2900: The Committee approved the sum of €4,600 for a Skills Development Capacity Building project for Nepal Leprosy Trust, Kathmandu, Nepal.
No.2901: The application from the Walls of Hope, Perquin, Morazan, El Salvador for a Building Futures Through Art project was approved €5,700.
No.2902: A grant of €5,000 was approved for the renovation of the parish hall for use as a classroom for the nursery School and skills craft centre at Kasaba Mission, Zambia.
No.2903: The amount of €7,000 was approved for construction of a pit latrine at the Agricultural Demonstration site for Rural Development Action Aid, Yambio, South Sudan.
