The following projects were awarded grants in May 2016
No. 3004: An application for raising small animals and poultry at a children’s home in Musuma, Zambia was approved for the sum of €5,500.
No. 3005: A grant of €7,700 was provided towards the construction of two Boreholes at Buyuki Bukolwa Primary School, Kasana, Uganda.
No. 3011: The sum of €7,000 was approved for the completion of a Classroom Block at Gweri Primary School Kabarole District, Fort Portal, Uganda.
No. 3014: A project for pigs and poultry keeping ay IYUNGA Disabled Centre, MBEYA was approved for €2,500.
No. 3015: The sum of €6,250 was approved for a borehole at Nyaka Village, Malawi.
No. 3016: An application for desks and blackboards at Nyabinga Primary School, Kawere Village, Kenya was approved for €7,200.
No. 3019: A Micro credit project for sheep rearing and embroidery training was approved for €6,000 at Dawhan, Ethiopia.
No. 3022: A project to provide sanitation facilities at St Leo the Great Primary School, Tabora, Tanzania was approved for the sum of €5,800.
