The following projects were awarded grants in September 2017
3069: The renovation of buildings to fit out as a Health Centre, Mbingo, Tanzania was approved for a grant of €7,500.
3077: A project for completion of a Maternity wing at Makawai Dispensary Mbinga, Tanzania was approved for a grant of €7,800.
3081: A Rainwater Harvesting project for Don Bosco Community School, Tanga, Tanzania was awarded a grant of €7,500.
3082: An amount of €7,600 approved for the purchase of materials to increase power supply to wheelchair production workshops in Bo City, Sierra Leone.
3083: The acquisition and installation of cooking stoves for St Charles Lwanga, Secondary School, Burera, Rwanda was approved for the sum of €7,500.
3084: A grant of €4,000 was approved for the Apoolo Na Angor Group for the Creation of a Garden Centre for Vitamins, Mbale, Uganda.
3085: A project for provision of access to basic education for Communities run by Simili Aid, Kakpagyilli, Ghana was approved for a grant of €6,500.
3086: The project to promote Hygiene and Sanitation at Bakolle Community Primary School, South West Region, Cameroon through the construction of modern pit latrines, was approved for a grant of €8,000.
3087: The provision of a borehole at Annai Orphanage (Home for Children) Tamil Nadu, India was approved for a grant of €7,200.
3088: St Joseph’s College, Bourgainville, Papua, New Guinea was awarded a grant of €7,000. for the setting up of a Computer Lab at the school.
